Course Description:    Introduction to basic measurement techniques and electrical laboratory equipment such as design, construction, and characterization of digital circuits containing logic gates, sequential elements, oscillators, and digital integrated circuits; introduction to digital design and simulation with the Verilog Hardware Description Language (HDL). PREREQUISITES: ENEE 244, PHYS 262, and a grade of C or better in CMSC 204 or ENEE 150. One hour lecture, three hours laboratory each week. Formerly EE 245.
